Ginger Vegan's Mighty Fine Porridge

This week's lovely warm salted caramel porridge from the @gingervegan was inspired by our delicious @peakzuk Chocolate Salted Caramel squares. Ginger Vegan came across these in her Easter box from @thevegankind

Recipe:

  • 1 cup oats (using @flahavansuk )
  • 2 1/4 cups hemp milk (or your favourite)
  • 3 Medjoul dates, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Maca powder
  • 1 tbsp fruit syrup @sweetfreedomuk 
  • A pinch of salt
  • Put everything in a small pan, bring to a simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes until creamy. You can also serve yours with caramelised banana slices and a drizzle of fruit syrup. 

We have to say this looks absolutely divine!
