Ginger Vegan's Mighty Fine Porridge
This week's lovely warm salted caramel porridge from the @gingervegan was inspired by our delicious @peakzuk Chocolate Salted Caramel squares. Ginger Vegan came across these in her Easter box from @thevegankind.
- 1 cup oats (using @flahavansuk )
- 2 1/4 cups hemp milk (or your favourite)
- 3 Medjoul dates, chopped
- 1 tbsp Maca powder
- 1 tbsp fruit syrup @sweetfreedomuk
- A pinch of salt
- Put everything in a small pan, bring to a simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes until creamy. You can also serve yours with caramelised banana slices and a drizzle of fruit syrup.
We have to say this looks absolutely divine!
